Set of 2 scarifying/aerating springs with bolt mounting – for regenerating the scarifying bar without replacing the entire component. The set also includes 2 bolts with washers for mounting. We recommend selecting based on the mounting method and dimensions – compare with your old spring and bar. Product made in Poland – directly from the manufacturer.

Set includes:

  • 2 × scarifying/aerating spring
  • 2 × mounting bolt
  • mounting washers

Set does not include:

  • scarifying bar/roller
  • mounting tools

What it is used for

Springs working in the scarifying bar assist in scarifying and aerating: they comb out thatch, moss, and mowing debris, which helps water and air flow into the soil.

How to choose (most important – reduces errors)

Make your selection based on dimensions and mounting, not just the device title:

  1. Check if your bar has bolt mounting (not rivets / other fasteners).
  2. Measure your old spring: wire diameter, coil diameter, spring length/height.
  3. Check the bar: hole spacing and hole diameter for the bolt.
  4. Compare the results with what you see in the offer photos (photos with a ruler/caliper).

Many bars are approximately 40.5 cm – but treat this as a guide, not a guarantee of fit.

Common mistakes (and how to avoid them)

  • "Fits most" → in practice, hole spacing and spring geometry vary. Always measure.
  • Confusing a 40.5 cm bar with a different length → measure the bar from end to end.
  • Not comparing spring ends → take a picture of the old spring from the side and compare the shape.

Installation (simple)

  • Disconnect power to the device.
  • Unscrew the old spring.
  • Install the new spring and fasten with the complete set of bolts/washers.
  • Check for free movement – nothing should rub.
